Harrison PTO Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction

The Harrison Parent Teacher Organization will hold its annual Silent Auction on Saturday, May 4th from 5-9P.M. at McHenry Moose Lodge. A spaghetti dinner will be served. All proceeds will go towards student events, field trip transportation, and assemblies for the next school year. The event will include a silent auction, wine grab, and raffle. Organizers are still accepting donations, which should be delivered to the school by Wednesday, May 1st. Tickets can be purchased at the school office or at the door for $5 each or $8 with a meal ticket. We would love to see the community support our local students! WLSC Spring Bass Derby May 5th

Wonder Lake Sportsman's Club Spring Bass Derby is Sunday, May 5th, 2019. Sign up begins at 5:30 a.m. and the event will run from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 1:00 pm weigh-in, trophy presentation at Horizontals. Center Beach (Hancock & East Lake Shore Dr). Please note: Center Beach is owned by the Wonder Center Property Owners Association and is a private beach that opens up to the public for scheduled special events.

On May 8, 2019 at 9:30 am, women of all ages will wear their favorite hat for an extraordinary day of fun at the Centegra Auxiliary Mad Hatter – Breakfast at Tiffany’s. This festive gathering will feature a plated brunch and premier silent auction. All proceeds raised from this event are vital for the Centegra Health System Foundation to provide access to programs impacting the health and well-being for women and families in our community. Your support is essential to ensuring access to quality health care services and together we are making a difference in the health and wellbeing of our community. 1st Annual Flea Market May 10th & 11th, 9am-3pm C&A Storage, 7140 Barnard Mill Road by the WL Sportsmans & Conservation Club. All proceeds go to Wonder Lake fish stocking program and the Woodstock and McHenry High School Bass Fishing Teams. Items donated will be new and used Fishing, Hunting, Boating, and Camping items. Volunteer Street Collectors are needed for Donations

The Patriotic Celebration is right around the corner. Street collections will start on May 18th and continue through June 22nd; choose a 9-11 A.M. or 11-1 P.M. time slot. Collectors are needed on both the East and West sides. Send a message to John Tollini at for more details or to volunteer. Not in the mood to stand on a street corner? John has plenty of other things you can do to help - Have a teen who needs some service hours - this is a great opportunity for them to give back to our community. And of course, cash donations are always appreciated - those beautiful fireworks aren't cheap! Contact John to get involved, and help make this the best celebration yet! Village of Wonder Lake builds a strong community

Thank you to the Village of Wonder Lake for Supporting the Chamber of Commerce. The Village of Wonder Lake is a rapidly growing community. It is currently made up of the following subdivisions around Wonder Lake: Deep Springs Woods I, Deerpath, Hickory Falls I, Hickory Falls II, Lookout Point Unit I, Shore Hills, Sunrise Ridge, Sunrise Ridge Estates, The Meadows of West Bay, White Oaks Bay, Wooded Shores, Woods Creek, and a portion of Wonderview. The Village was incorporated in 1974 as the Village of Sunrise Ridge. The name was later changed to the Village of Wonder Lake. The Village provides parks, public works, police protection and related services to its constituents. The current population is 4026.
